Meet Russ Molloy

Company founder, Russ Molloy, J.D., is a highly regarded government relations specialist and health policy expert.

With more than 25 years of experience in health care and advocacy, he is a strategic visionary and tactician with a unique understanding of the linkage between policy and politics. He is known as a trusted leader specializing in crafting collaborative strategies that link advocacy goals with external interest groups and associations at both the federal and state levels.

Having led all federal, state and local legislative strategies for three of the most comprehensive health systems in the mid-Atlantic region, (including University of Pennsylvania Health System, Hackensack Meridian Health and the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey) Molloy has an unparalleled knowledge of regulatory and health policy issues.  

Molloy is a licensed attorney in the state of New Jersey. He received a law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Rutgers University.

  • Chair of the Integrated Health Care Coalition

    Comprised of more than twenty-five of the nation’s leading integrated not-for-profit healthcare systems, and serves as the long-time chair of the Academic Health Centers of the Mid-Atlantic (since 1998).

  • Executive-in-Residence at the Edward J. Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy at Rutgers University

    In this role, he provides insight in the area of curriculum development; support for the school’s engagement with hospitals, healthcare sector corporations, state and federal government agencies; and guidance for students pursuing a career in healthcare policy.

  • Senior Advisor for Strategic Health Care

    A consultancy group that has been recognized by Bloomberg Government as a top performing firm four years in a row. Molloy provides counsel to the firm’s hospital and health system clients throughout the nation.
